ATLANTA (March 23, 2012) - MetLife and Georgia-Pacific are close to picking one of three banks to refinance the partners' $112 loan on Georgia-Pacific Center, Commercial Mortgage Alert says. Cushman & Wakefield is advising the MetLife-Georgia-Pacific team. The 1.1 million-square-foot pink-granite tower is 88 percent occupied with G-P taking up three-quarters of the space, CMA says.
