ATLANTA (Jan. 28, 2015) - With DTZ's acquisition of Cassidy Turley completed, Atlanta's brokerage community no longer has to wonder who will run the local office of the new DTZ.
Thanks to an updated LinkedIn profile and a tombstone ad in the local business weekly, we now know Lisa Dunavin is the managing principal of DTZ Atlanta. Dunavin held the same title at Cassidy Turley Atlanta since last summer.
Real estate watchers and DTZ competitors have been keeping an eye on who DTZ would tap to lead its Atlanta office. Dunavin sort of held the incumbent position, but DTZ already had a small-but-growing office in Atlanta, and it had just completed a large HQ lease for DTZ client WorldPay at 201 17th Street in Atlantic Station. (#clients).
A clear sign came when DTZ named Cassidy Turley CEO Joe Stettinius as its Americas CEO.
Now it's time for the official announcement from my friend - and the Reverend of Real Estate PR - Bailey Webb, whom I'm sure has drafted a press release that will come out soon.
The Wilbert Group helped launch Cassidy Turley when it entered Atlanta and handled crisis communications on a national basis. That assignment ended, and now we're totally enjoying working with JLL Atlanta, which already has played a key role in some of the new year's biggest and highest-profile transactions.
